Westwood is your typical suburban town. Or so It seems. The upper class rule the scene, determining what goes on and bending nearly everyone's opinion. In this town, status is everything. At a glance, Westwood is just like any other town. The main street, Lucky Street, is bubbling with people and is always looking neat and tidy. But beyond the mask lie secrets, love, deciet, heartbreak. The town's past holds numerous secrets such as the shady circumstances surrounding the death of Mr. West, the towns founder and Mr. Donahue, the town's first mayor. There are many secrets that lay beneath the exterior of westwood. Anything and everything is possible in Westwood, except, maybe, acceptance. Everyone knows everyone and is in to everyone's business. Can you find your place here, or simply end up walking down Lucky street, desperately trying to belong?

  • no ooc swearing. its highly unneeded. a small amount is acceptable, but if its more than a three in a single post, I draw the line. if this is abused, i will go back to blocking swear words.
  • no ooc fighting. i know, sometimes its hard not to but try and control yourself for the best of the site. when guests are checking out our site they're not going to join if there's a huge fight going on in the c-box or elsewhere. if you can't talk in ooc without fighting, then simply dont talk in ooc. please note, i will give a warning level that i find appropriate if you break any of the rules stated in this post. if it is really bad, it will result in a ban.
  • respect the admins. 'nuf said.


    in character

    • no godmodeling, powerplaying. what is that, you ask? "suzie punched jill across the face and then kicked her once she got up again" t e r r i b l e. one; you CANNOT say ___ punched ___. you can say that ___ threw and punche at ___ but its up to them if it hits them or not. two; you cannot tell us what the other character is doing. that it up to the other character.
    • drugs, drinking, sex and such is allowed. when dealing with any of these subjects please put an 'R' or 'X' in the title, to ward off the young'ns. i know most sites are only doing it for sex, but drugs and drinking fall under the same lines, in my opinion.
    • this is a real life rpg. so keep it real life. no perfect characters, no all 'emo' characters. if you notice this site has a large amount of a typical stereotype, make a charrie of a different one. its no fun to rp with charries who all look exactly the same and act exactly the same. keep it diversified.


other

  • your display name doesnt /have/ to be your characters full name. I dont mind if you add little fun things, so long as you have at least the first name in there and dont go overboard. if i think you've gone overboard, ill just pm you and ask you to change it. if you dont, i will. xD
  • pictures can be no larger than 600x700


pre-approval

  • all preganacies must be pre approved my me and only me. we dont want 25 girls on here to be all pregant at the same time. that is no fun. all you have to do is msg me with the mother's name, father's name and i will give you a birth date if approved.
  • all major events. if you want to host a dance or something be my guest [keep in mind i will be doing major plots involving most characters as well] but make sure you ask me first.
  • all hospitalizations must be pre-approved. as like pregnancies, its not original to have a bunch of people in the hospital at one time. same thing, just pm me with patients name, injury, and how they were injured
  • all deaths. its not like im going to say you cant kill your character, i think that is completely up to you, but i would like to at least be notified. thank you. :]



PLEASE NOTE; this is a LITERATE rpg. Meaning we expect around, [if not m o r e!] 300 words per post. Yes, I understand you have non-museful days, and I accept that. I get that way myself, but for the most part it shouldn't be too hard to post a decent length post. If still having difficulty after a few posts, try clicking here for some tips. :]
